• Google Ads API integration and custom automation development.
• Landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvement.

The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

3. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material.

4. Google Ads API Usage

Our services may involve accessing and managing your Google Ads account through the Google Ads API. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:

• You grant us the necessary permissions to access your Google Ads account data for the purpose of providing our services.
• Our use of the Google Ads API complies with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions.
• You retain ownership of all data within your Google Ads account.
• We will not use your account data for any purpose other than providing our agreed-upon services.
• You may revoke our access at any time by removing our permissions in your Google Ads account settings.

5. Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for campaign management.
• Maintain valid payment methods for advertising spend within your own ad platform accounts.
• Respond to communications regarding campaign decisions in a timely manner.
• Ensure that any products, services, or content being advertised comply with applicable laws and advertising platform policies.

6. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in the individual service agreement between Dragon Advertising and the client. Advertising spend (the budget paid to platforms such as Google or Meta) is separate from our management fees and is the responsibility of the client. Payment terms, including frequency and method, are specified in each service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the dragonads.uk website, including text, design, logos, and graphics, is the property of Dragon Advertising EOOD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dragon Advertising EOOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

We do not guarantee specific advertising results or return on ad spend. Campaign performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, product quality, and platform algorithm changes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in that agreement. Upon termination, we will cease managing your advertising accounts and revoke any access permissions. We will provide a final performance report and transfer any relevant campaign data or assets to you upon request.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and campaign information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, campaign strategies, or performance data to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
